The framework is divided into regional packages. The North West lot covers Lancashire, Manchester and Merseyside. Yorkshire has a South and West Yorkshire lot. The South West is split into three lots: North Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire; South Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset; and West Bristol, Devon and Somerset.

Greater London is the biggest regional package at around £38m. It is followed by the Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset package at £30m, while East Anglia and the northern Home Counties account for a further £29m.
